Constellation Offshore Recruitment Pty Ltd is a newly formed offshore accountancy, trust and legal recruitment company incorporated in Australia. Constellation also has a satellite office in Curacao where Supervisory Training and Development together with Relocation Assistance and Orientation are provided. In addition, Constellation offers highly specialized Trust and Family Office accounting services
Our specialist consultants are resident on the islands and are CA and TEP qualified with several years first hand experience of living and working on these offshore islands. They have gained diverse experiences working for Big 4 accounting firms, hedge fund accounting firms and also a large NYSE listed multi national public corporation. We believe that this experience will prove invaluable in equiping our consultants with the knowledge of exactly what potential offshore employers desire in a candidate and also in providing excellent guidance and advice to the candidates we agree to represent.
Our consultants are not salespeople and have no predetermined placement quotas. Instead, our consultant's rewards are linked to successful longer term placements and not the mere number of candidates placed. This ensures that both the candidate's and the employer's are serviced with their best interests always coming first. We ackowledge that it is key to our success that we offer a highly personalised service and that we are fully satisified as to the candidates suitability to both living and working offshore before agreeing to represent each candidate. We make a point of keeping in contact with both the employer and candidate after the initial placement and only invoice the employer once probationary periods have elapsed and they are fully satisfied with the candidate.
Candidates
For candidates, we specialize in placing Qualified Accountants, Trust Officers and Legal Professionals in exciting and rewarding roles in the offshore financial centres of Bermuda, Grand Cayman and Curacao. We can also assist candidates who are already based offshore and are looking to move to one of the aforementioned jurisdictions.

For employers, we are your link to the vast talent pool in the Sothern Hemisphere. Our candidate database is made up of predominantly young professionals from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India and the Philippines.
